IRC Chat
IRC (Internet Relay Chat) uses software to
communicate on the Internet through IRC
Servers. The first thing you will need to do is
download an IRC Chat program. Next you will
use the program to connect to an IRC Server.
Note: Many ICR Chat programs are "Program
Applications". A program application is software
that you download (or purchase) and run but
often do not necessarily need to install on your
computer.

Program applications are stand alone
and run independently of your computer
operating system.
